Stop renting your software.

I replace the tools your business rents with ones it owns — an open-source swap, or built from scratch: websites, automations, web apps, AI agents.

Replacement Case Studies

How it works

  1. Audit

I look at what you're paying for today and how your team actually uses it.

  2. Estimate

I tell you roughly how long the work would take to pay for itself out of what you're saving each month, and say upfront if it isn't worth doing.

  3. Build and migrate

I build the replacement, move your data across if there's an old tool to migrate from, and test it against how you actually work.

  4. Handover

Everything ends up running in your own accounts, with a short runbook and working backups, so you don't need me to keep it going.

Replacing a tool is usually only worth it once it costs $150 a month or more — below that, what you'd save can't cover the work within 12 months. Building something new from zero has no minimum; your budget decides how much gets built.

I'm Rafli, an AI Automation Engineer based in Indonesia. I build the software the receipts above are made of — replacing a rented tool when there's one worth replacing, or building it from zero when there isn't.

Questions

How much will it cost?
There's no published price. The fee is sized so it pays for itself within 12 months of what you save each month — send me what you're paying now (or what you'd otherwise have to pay for) and I'll give you a rough estimate before anything is agreed.
What happens after it's built?
Everything ends up running in your own accounts — hosting, backups, the lot — so you don't need me to keep it going. You get a short runbook, working backups, and 30 days where any bugs are fixed at no charge.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You explain what the tool needs to do and what it's costing you; I handle the engineering and explain any decisions in plain language along the way.
Do you work with businesses in Indonesia?
Yes — the contact form takes figures in IDR or USD, whichever is easier for you. There isn't a separate Indonesian-language version of the site yet, but that's no barrier to working together.
How do we start?
Fill in the form below with what you're paying for now (or what you want built), and I'll reply within 3 business days.
